From the first conversation to the celebration at the closing table, Tiffani finds joy in being part of such an important milestone—handing over the keys to a new home.

Tiffani offers experience across a wide range of mortgage solutions, including conventional and jumbo loans, down payment assistance programs, and government‑backed loans such as FHA, VA, and USDA. She has a particular passion for construction and renovation lending and assists clients with home equity options. With a relationship‑based approach, she connects borrowers with trusted financing professionals at LFCU to support additional needs in small business services, wealth management, and personal banking. An active member of Southeast Christian Church, Oldham County Chamber of Commerce, Louisville Mortgage Bankers Association, Louisville Homebuilders Association, and Ladies That Invest & Trade, Tiffani is committed to both her clients and her community. She and her husband have been married and lived in the Louisville area for 30 years. Outside of the office, she enjoys planting, shopping, golf cart rides, and spending quality time with friends and family.
