Been with Liberty/ETFCU for 27yrs and plan on staying for 27 more if I get lucky to live that long! Never had an issue with them and when I had an issue happen from my end it was always fixed in a short amount of time. Couldn’t ask for more!

I started in banking in 1965 and retired from banking in 2010. I see Liberty as a bank of old in respect to its attention to their customers, the friendly attention they give you, and the respect. However, they are a modern day bank with all the services you can get from the big BANKS, with the old timey small bank attention. GREAT JOB, KEEP IT UP.

I have an account with ONB who seemingly uses the same app service. However, annoyingly, their app does not offer the same range of services available through Liberty's.
