Dear Board Applicant:
The credit union’s nominating committee is seeking candidates to fill four openings on the 2025 Liberty FCU Board of Directors. Applicants are required to be primary members age 18 or older with active accounts in good standing for at least one year prior to the annual meeting that will be held March 11, 2025. Applicants may not have an immediate family member, (spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchild, stepsibling, or similar adoptive relationship), who is a paid employee of the credit union or its subsidiaries.
The board includes 11 directors who volunteer their time and expertise by attending monthly meetings and serving on various board committees. Each director serves a three year term. The National Credit Union Administration requires that board members of federal credit unions meet these guidelines:

The nominating committee will review the applications and select candidates for the ballot. Other members can be added to the ballot by submitting a petition signed by a minimum of 500 Liberty FCU members.
